Navigating Thunder Bay's Digital Transformation: A Webinar Recap

On February 14, Perry Group partnered with the City of Thunder Bay and MISA Canada to host a webinar where we discussed Thunder Bay's Digital Journey.

Ben Perry was joined by the City’s Corporate IT Director Jack Avella and we walked through how Thunder Bay planned, developed and executed a corporate digital strategy, transforming recommendations into impactful initiatives that have helped to reshape various city services. 

Through a collaborative approach at all levels, the strategy aimed to deliver customer-centered, digitally-powered city services, focusing on enhancing customer service, operational efficiency, and providing a clear framework for effective digital service delivery.
