Advisory Service Blocks

If you need help to work through a problem, to think through some options, to get input and ideas and to learn what leaders in the municipal sector are doing to solve a particular problem - then our Advisory Service Blocks may be helpful.

We can help you assess and evaluate options, be the soundboard or peer challenge that you need to make sure you are going in the right direction.

Designed to be quick and easy to procure and available in 1, 2 or 4 day blocks - within a day or two you can be talking to one of our expert team about your challenges and identifying ideas and potential solutions to explore.

Mentoring Services - 6 and 12 Months Options

If you would prefer to establish an ongoing relationship with a dedicated Mentor from our team of experienced Municipal leaders and consultants, then our Mentoring program is available in 6 and 12 month periods.

This programs pairs up Mentees and Mentors for a bi-weekly active and formalized development and mentoring program.
