  • Ben and his team have been involved in two important projects at the City. He led the development of our IT Governance Framework and came back to lead the development of our Corporate GIS Strategy.

    During the ebb and flow of both projects, I observed characteristics within Ben that ensure the working relationship will continue.   • We engaged the Perry Group to assist with the development of our Corporate Digital Strategy. The Perry Group’s extensive expertise in Information Technology, municipal service delivery & digital service transformation was evident throughout the process.
