Business Development, Marketing and Events Coordinator

  • Typically our consultants have experience of some or all of the following:

    • Delivery of change projects within the municipal sector

    • Development of strategies, business cases, options assessment and evaluation

    • Technology strategy, planning and management

    • Data and GIS strategy, planning and management

    • Business solutions design, implementation and management

    • Customer service, CX strategy and delivery

Demo a product or service (Marketplace Connect)

While we maintain our independence we like to know, refer to and work with other municipal leaders.

To this end, we regularly host private product demos for our consultants so they can stay updated on the latest offerings in the municipal space.

We typically schedule 60 to 90 minute demos/briefings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during EST afternoon time slots.

These typically cover:

  • The services and products you provide to municipalities

  • Your target market in municipalities

  • Your differentiators – the key aspects of your product or service offerings

  • Which municipalities currently use your product, and which would make the best references

  • Your typical implementation model, approach, and timelines

  • Some information around your pricing model
