Perry Group and MISA Canada Webinar: The City of Thunder Bay's digital journey

On Wednesday 14th February, 2024 at 2.00 - 3.00 Perry Group and MISA Canada are hosting an online webinar to present the City of Thunder Bay’s digital journey.

Presenters will be Jack Avella, Director Corporate IT, City of Thunder Bay and Ben Perry, President, Perry Group Consulting Ltd.

The Background: In June 2020, Thunder Bay Council received the results of a Program and Services Review, which highlighted various opportunities to leverage technology more effectively and recommended the development of a  Digital Strategy. This session will review what Thunder Bay did next, how it went about developing a corporate digital strategy and how it is executing on the recommendations. We'll discuss the impact it has had on the City, we'll share lesson's learned along the way, and what's next for the City.
