Seeking Independent / Freelance Digital Consultants to Join Perry Group

Our team continues to go from strength to strength and we are continuing to grow. Because of that growth we are looking for independent contractors to join our municipal consulting team that can help us and our clients with:

• Service and process design

• User research

• Digital transformation

• Digital and technology strategy

• Customer experience strategy

To do that kind of work, we are looking for people with experience and expertise in:

• Municipal government services and programs

• Municipal business solutions

• Government of Canada Digital service standards

• User research, journey mapping

• Service and process design

• Design thinking

• Agile project delivery

• Change management

We are also looking for people that:

• Have strong facilitation skills

• Are comfortable leading workshops and group work with large teams of senior leaders

• Are extremely collaborative

• Are inquisitive and always looking to learn and find a better way

• Are a strong team player

• Have strong influencing skills

• Independent knowledge in supporting and implementing municipal business systems
