Career Story: Before joining Perry Group, Melanie spent two decades helping organizations communicate change, build connection, and strengthen their impact. She has worked with clients and audiences around the world creating communications and marketing strategies that bridge cultural and organizational boundaries.

Her background includes leadership roles with Rogers, McCain Foods, and the Heart & Stroke Foundation, as well as consulting for non-profits and mission-driven organizations. Whether developing national campaigns, supporting executive teams, or managing global communications, her focus has always been making complex ideas clear, human, and engaging.

Hobbies: Writing, exploring historic sites, photography, and Scottish country dancing

Fun Fact: She has visited more than 30 castles in Scotland in the last two years and plans to visit all 200+.
