Help us Build a Shared Inventory of Municipal Website Platforms
Municipal websites are no longer just sources of information. They are a core part of how residents access services, complete transactions and develop trust with local government.
At Perry Group we work with many municipalities that want to improve their websites in response to increasing community expectations. These efforts often raise practical questions about how websites are managed, governed and supported over time.
To better understand this landscape, we’re conducting a short, factual survey to build a nation-wide inventory of the CMS platforms and website operating models currently in use across Canadian municipalities.
By aggregating responses, we’re hoping to identify shared patterns and common challenges facing municipal web teams. A summary of aggregated findings will be shared with participants and published on the Perry Group website.
