Almost Ten: Still Focused on Canadian Municipalities

In 2027, Perry Group celebrates ten years of working alongside Canadian municipalities. As we head toward that milestone, we've been taking a fresh look at how we describe who we are and what we do, starting with our website.

A decade of municipal work

Our work has grown in a lot of directions since we started. We've helped municipalities build IT and digital strategies, procure and implement ERP, HR and CRM systems, modernize planning and permitting, improve their websites and customer service, strengthen cybersecurity and business continuity, and adopt AI responsibly.

Across 250+ municipal clients, one thing has stayed constant. Our focus is, and always has been, Canadian municipalities. Most of our 35+ consultants are former municipal IT and business leaders who have managed budgets under public scrutiny, reported to council, and delivered projects with lean teams. That experience is why our work is practical, right sized, and built for municipalities to keep running with long after we leave.

Over the coming months, you'll see updates to perrygroupconsulting.ca. The goal is simple: make it easier to see the full range of what we do, how our services connect, and where to start based on what your municipality is working on right now.

We'll also be exploring different parts of our work over the coming weeks, sharing what we've learned from a decade of building better municipalities. Some of it is about technology, and much more of it is about the people, planning and governance that make technology work.
