York Region - Digital Strategy

We are really pleased to have been selected through an RFP process to work with the Environmental Services Department at York Region to prepare a Digital Strategy. We are excited to be working with this innovative and forward looking team. Our consulting team will be working with the Department to apply our Digital Maturity Assessment process to understand the current state, before developing a roadmap to advance the Department's use of Digital technologies such as AI and machine learning, mobility and digital collaboration, as well as big data and IoT.
