New Perry Group Projects

While we’ve been quiet on the news front here, that’s because we’ve been so busy.

We’ve been working with various clients on exciting work in the areas of #Digital, #SmartCity, Technology and Customer Service Strategy.

We worked with the City of Guelph to review and help refocus their IT organization. We have also been advising their Customer Service team on plans to move forward with Contact Centre implementation.

We are finalizing Technology Strategy work with the City of Brampton, while also helping align Digital, Smart City work with their overall technology roadmap.

We our continuing our work with the Environmental Services department at York Region, where we are wrapping up the development of their Digital Strategy and preparing to begin work on a Data Strategy for the department. We’ve partnered with MNP on the Data project.

We have also partnered with Ergo Information Management Consultants and are in the process of developing an Information Management strategy at the City of Burlington - with a focus on structured and unstructured data.

We’ve recently been awarded a contract to help the Town of Ajax develop an Information Technology Strategic Plan.
