Welcome our New Consultant: Jack Avella

We're growing. Jack Avella joins Perry Group Consulting this month, and we're genuinely excited to have him on board.

Thirty-two years with the City of Thunder Bay's Corporate IT Division. Jack started in database administration and worked his way through network infrastructure, data centre operations, and enterprise systems leadership before serving as Director of IT, where he held accountability for enterprise-wide IT strategy, digital transformation, and service modernization. He's been in the room where the decisions get made, and he's made a lot of them.

That kind of experience is rare. When Jack talks to a municipality about ERP strategy, cloud migration, or AI governance, he's speaking from direct experience, not from a framework.
