What we collect

When you use a form on this website (contact, testimonial, or report download), we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, organization, job title and message. For a report download we also record whether you ticked the box to receive news and updates.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to you and to send you what you asked for, such as a report.
• To send you news and updates, but only if you ticked the box asking for them.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up and improve our services.

We do not sell your information.

Who else handles it

We use service providers to run this website and our services. Your information passes through them only for that purpose:

• Netlify, our website host, receives form submissions and runs spam filtering on them.
• Microsoft, our email and calendar provider, including the booking calendar.
• ScoreApp, which runs our online assessments. You give your details and answers to ScoreApp directly.

Some of these services store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States.

Some pages embed other services, such as videos from Vimeo or the booking calendar. These may set their own cookies when you use them, under their own privacy policies. This website also loads its fonts from Google, so Google can see your IP address when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the reasons above, and then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from news and updates at any time. To do any of these, contact us and tell us what you would like.
