Adam Chadwick has 40 years of experience spanning GIS technology, municipal IT management, systems integration, and organizational leadership. His career bridges both the vendor and client sides of GIS and spatial information systems – from pre-sales and product management at a leading GIS software company, to a 30-year tenure as GIS Manager at the City of Kamloops, where he built and led one of Canada's most recognized municipal GIS programs from the ground up.
Adam brings an uncommon combination of technical depth, operational experience, and strategic vision that is directly applicable to the IT modernization and technology advisory work Perry Group delivers to local governments across Canada.
