Kevin Arjoon
Consultant and specialist in municipal governance, information management and regulatory modernization
Kevin Arjoon is a municipal leader with senior experience at the City of Burlington and Halifax Regional Municipality. He has worked closely with CAOs, elected officials and other senior leaders on complex corporate initiatives, governance, regulatory systems, information management and service improvement.
At the City of Burlington, Kevin led Legislative Services and worked across the organization on corporate governance, Council operations, municipal elections, information management and policy development. He also served as executive sponsor and co-lead on enterprise data governance. As Municipal Clerk at Halifax Regional Municipality, he led an open government strategy and governance modernization work, and led the development and implementation of the municipality's first Election Campaign Finance Accountability By-law.
