Lesley Pavan is a Registered Professional Planner with over 35 years of municipal planning experience across small and large Ontario municipalities, spanning development application review and approvals, policy formulation, and transportation and environmental planning.
As Director, Development and Design at the City of Mississauga, she led a department of more than 50 Planning professionals through the approval of some of the province's largest and most complex development files, while also serving on Mississauga's Executive Leadership Team and steering the City's shift to end-to-end electronic Development Applications processing.
Since joining Perry Group, Lesley has applied that same combination of Planning depth and process modernization expertise to help municipalities across Ontario digitize Planning workflows, meet legislated approval timelines, and design permitting systems that hold up under growth pressure and regulatory change.
