Natalia Madden is a senior municipal IT leader with more than 20 years of public sector experience.
Natalia spent 22 years as Information Systems Manager at the County of Grande Prairie and most recently advised the City of Lethbridge on IT governance and modernization. She has led enterprise IT, business applications and GIS, managed significant budgets, and advised Councils and senior leadership on technology direction.
She holds certifications in ITIL 4, Prosci Change Management and Lean Six Sigma, and is a former Membership Chair of the Municipal Information Systems Association (MISA).
