Natasha Singh is a senior public sector transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in business process optimization, ERP advisory, technology strategy, and change management.
A Certified PMP, Management Consultant, and LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, she applies structured improvement methodologies to deliver measurable, sustainable results for clients including BC Assessment, the City of Brampton, WSIB, and OLG, and has led ERP procurements for municipalities such as Saint John, Windsor, Innisfil, Hastings County, Thunder Bay, and Haldimand County.
At BC Assessment, she led the internal business consulting group and built the Total Customer Experience Strategy, guiding 15+ service improvement initiatives that drove significant efficiencies and cost savings.
Natasha is especially passionate about serving organizations with limited access to consulting support but significant need. She has led Corporate Strategic Plans and IT Workplans for multiple Indigenous organizations in BC’s community and social sector, supported a BC-based non-profit through an AI adoption initiative, and conducted an Information Management Maturity Assessment and Roadmap for a K-12 school board.
As a Senior Consultant with Perry Group, she leads IT strategy, ERP, and process/service reviews for municipal, Indigenous, and not-for-profit organizations, with growing depth in AI advisory, developing readiness assessments, frameworks, and training programs. She has also collaborated with global design firm IDEO as a Service Design Specialist and mentors MBA students at the Sauder School of Business.
