Samir Ghafour

Samir Ghafour is a delivery leader with 25+ years of experience running technology-enabled transformation programs across government, retail and insurance.

A PMI certified project manager, he has led large-scale programs spanning ERP for finance, payroll and HR, custom enterprise software and integration builds, and cloud infrastructure migrations.

Prior to his independent practice, Samir was a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Public Sector service area, where he advised clients on structuring and staffing their PMOs and provided governance and oversight for the delivery of technology programs.
