A specialist in municipal business solutions, Susan brings deep expertise in organizational and digital transformation, strategic IT planning, and innovation leadership. Her career spans senior municipal roles, including IT Director and CIO at Richmond Hill, Markham, and Newmarket, and most recently leading the Innovation and Strategic Initiatives portfolio at the Town of Newmarket.
Susan has delivered a wide range of technology strategy, digital, and systems planning engagements and is regularly retained by clients beyond initial project completion to support service delivery reviews, customer service transformations, and shared service assessments, a testament to the trust she builds and the lasting value she brings.
