Recent Projects: Lead consultant and project manager on an engagement for a consortium of police services (Waterloo, Guelph, Stratford, Brantford, South Simcoe) to develop a strategic plan for shared IT services, including modernizing the current shared services model known as PRIDE (Police Regionalized Information Data Entry). The engagement included assessing the current state of IT services, assessing the organizational model for PRIDE, identifying strategic priorities and opportunities for improvement, recommending and defining key components of a future operating model and developing a roadmap to realize the recommended model.
