The challenge
Hastings County needed to understand its HR processes before deciding on software. Buying a system without that groundwork risked automating existing inefficiencies.
What we did
Perry Group reviewed HR business processes, developed systems requirements from them, and set out a go-forward solutions strategy for the County.
The outcome
The County received mapped HR processes, a documented set of system requirements, and a solutions strategy to guide its next steps.
