An HR digital roadmap, followed by an implementation plan taking the roadmap into delivery.
The challenge
Thunder Bay needed a digital direction for its HR function, and then needed that direction translated into an executable plan.
What we did
Perry Group developed the City's HR Digital Roadmap, then returned to produce the accompanying implementation plan.
The outcome
The City received an HR digital roadmap together with an implementation plan, carrying the work from direction-setting through to delivery planning.
