Windsor needed a close look at how recruitment and onboarding actually worked. Improvements had to be sequenced in a way the organization could absorb.
What we did
Perry Group conducted a detailed business process review of recruitment and onboarding, and developed a recommended implementation plan using an agile approach.
The outcome
The City received mapped recruitment and onboarding processes together with an agile implementation plan for putting the improvements in place.
