Perry Group's Responsible AI Use Framework helps Canadian municipalities adopt AI responsibly. Based on a survey of staff across 100+ municipalities, which found over 75% already using AI without formal guidance, the framework helps leadership move from ad hoc experimentation to a governed, value-driven approach.

  • A phased adoption roadmap (Explore, Norm, Scale) with a risk-tiered approach to classifying use cases
  • Practical tools: a decision tree, procurement checklist, prompt library, draft AI policy, and incident response process
