The challenge
Aurora's situation called for more than incremental adjustment. Getting to a workable future state meant confronting how the IT function itself was organised.
What we did
Perry Group reviewed the IT organization and developed a strategy with strong recommendations for significant change, including a major IT reorganization, new governance arrangements, and a defined set of major projects.
The outcome
The Town received a strategy setting out substantial organizational and governance change, together with the major projects needed to deliver it.
