The challenge
Belleville needed a review of its IT services and a master plan to follow from it. The direction also needed senior management support to succeed.
What we did
Perry Group reviewed IT services and the IT organization and developed an IT Master Plan. We supported the elevation of the senior IT role from Manager to IT Director and worked to bring the senior management team on board.
The outcome
The City received an IT Master Plan grounded in a service review, an elevated IT leadership position, and senior management support for the direction.
