A review of the shared IT service model across two towns and the District, with a costed model for change.
The challenge
Bracebridge, Gravenhurst and the District shared an IT service model that needed independent examination. Any recommended change had to be costed and credible to three separate councils.
What we did
Perry Group reviewed the shared IT service model across the Towns of Bracebridge and Gravenhurst and the District, ran an all-staff satisfaction survey, and developed strategic recommendations with proposed changes, expected benefits, financial considerations and estimated cost to implement.
The outcome
The partners received a reviewed shared service model with costed recommendations. The findings were presented to Town of Bracebridge Council on September 2, 2025.
