Chatham-Kent needed a strategy for its web platform covering not just the technology but how the platform would be governed and operated.
What we did
Perry Group developed the Web Platform Strategy, covering the governance, operations and CMS framework for the Municipality's web presence.
The outcome
The strategy was endorsed by the Executive Management Team as final.
