The challenge
Grande Prairie needed a considered position on cloud rather than case-by-case decisions. Adoption raised policy questions as much as technical ones.
What we did
Perry Group developed a cloud framework for the City, along with supporting policy and a cloud strategy covering how and when cloud services would be adopted.
The outcome
The City received a cloud framework, policy and strategy giving it a consistent basis for evaluating cloud options.
