The challenge
Haliburton County and its area municipalities each faced technology demands beyond what any of them could resource alone. A shared approach required agreement among several independent organizations.
What we did
Perry Group reviewed IT services and the IT organization across the County, four area municipalities and one library service, and developed an IT and digital strategy with a shared services model spanning all of them.
The outcome
The partners received a joint IT and digital strategy and a shared services approach covering six organizations.
