A comprehensive IT services review and a five-year IT strategy and implementation plan for the District.
The challenge
Muskoka had positive momentum and an evolving IT foundation, but delivery was constrained by resource and capacity limits, aging infrastructure and fragmented processes.
What we did
Perry Group assessed IT organization and skills, IT metrics, IT governance, technology management practices, the Municipal Technology Model and MOSA, supported by survey analysis.
The outcome
The District received a five-year IT strategy and implementation plan, with a go-forward focus on shifting from a reactive to a proactive, strategic service delivery model.
