The challenge
Quispamsis already had the building blocks of a modern digital environment, including work management linked to geographic data and a records and content platform with workflow. What it lacked was a plan for using them over the longer term.
What we did
Perry Group developed a five-year IT Roadmap and Digital Services Strategy, setting out how the Town will use technology to make services easier for residents, support staff more effectively, and reduce operational and security risks.
The outcome
The Town received a five-year roadmap and digital services strategy anchored on the digital foundations it already had in place.
