The challenge
Richmond Hill needed both a clear-eyed review of IT service delivery and a strategy built on it. Recommendations had to be credible enough across the organization to actually be carried out.
What we did
Perry Group ran a structured two-stage engagement, first reviewing IT service delivery and the IT organization, then developing the IT strategy on that foundation.
The outcome
