A whole-of-organization IT review that established strong governance and set out substantive recommendations for change.
The challenge
Sudbury needed to look at its entire IT organization rather than isolated service problems. Decisions about technology needed a governance structure to sit within.
What we did
Perry Group reviewed the full IT organization, facilitated Future of IT workshops with staff and stakeholders, and designed a governance model for the City. We set out direct recommendations rather than softening the findings.
The outcome
The City received an organization-wide assessment, a strong IT governance model, and a clear set of recommendations to act on.
