The challenge
Thunder Bay needed a plan for its Amanda platform that went beyond maintenance. Moving planning and permitting online meant rethinking the services behind them and being realistic about delivery capacity.
What we did
Perry Group laid out the Amanda roadmap for the next four years, covering online planning and permitting services, the use of third parties to help deliver, and significant business process optimization to rethink service design.
The outcome
The City received a four-year Amanda roadmap sequencing online service delivery, third-party delivery support and the process redesign work underpinning it.
