Requirements, business case, procurement and project advisory for the Region's Cityworks PLL implementation.
The challenge
Waterloo Region needed to select and implement Cityworks PLL, which meant establishing requirements and a funding case before going to market. Support was needed through implementation, not just selection.
What we did
Perry Group helped the Region develop requirements, build the business case, and run the NRFP process. We continued as project advisor through the implementation of Cityworks PLL.
The outcome
The Region completed a structured procurement supported by a documented business case, and carried project advisory support into the implementation phase.
