The challenge
Windsor needed to reconsider how its IT function was organised and how technology services were delivered. Incremental change would not have matched the scale of what the City was trying to achieve.
What we did
Perry Group reviewed the IT organization and delivery model and set out a substantially revised approach, framing the transformation investment the City would need to make.
The outcome
The City received a strategy calling for a major rethink of its IT organization and delivery model, with significant investment in transformation identified.
