The challenge
Windsor's Planning, Building and right-of-way functions needed examination as connected services rather than in isolation. Understanding the processes had to come before any system decisions.
What we did
Perry Group reviewed the Planning, Building and right-of-way functions, carried out business process optimization across them, and developed requirements covering development tracking.
The outcome
The City received a review of three connected service areas, with mapped processes and documented requirements to inform its development tracking direction.
