The challenge
York Region needed to understand whether its existing development tracking systems could carry it forward, and what the market offered if not.
What we did
Perry Group assessed the existing development tracking systems, developed requirements, conducted a market assessment and made recommendations. We then prepared the RFP.
The outcome
The Region received a system assessment, documented requirements, a view of the market, and a completed RFP ready to issue.
