A digital transformation plan for an upper-tier region, developed with senior leadership and supported through execution.
The challenge
York Region needed a digital transformation plan that its senior management team would own rather than shelve. The Region also needed support carrying the plan into execution, not just a document at the end of a study.
What we did
Perry Group worked directly with the Environmental Services senior management team and the Commissioner to develop the digital transformation plan, running digital workshops to build it collaboratively. We then stayed on to mentor the team through execution.
The outcome
The Region received a digital transformation plan developed and delivered with its own leadership, and ongoing mentoring as the plan moved into implementation.
